Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage, add transitions, and synchronize audio with video.
• Integrate PiP by combining speaker recordings and slide presentations.
• Create visually engaging videos tailored for online platforms like Udemy.
• Organize content into sections and chapters as per the provided outlines.
• Clean up audio recordings, remove background noise, and balance sound levels.
• Incorporate branding elements (logos, color schemes) into videos.
• Use animations, infographics, and text overlays to enhance visuals.
• Organize and manage video files efficiently.
• Deliver finished videos in formats optimized for online learning platforms.
• Work closely with the course creator to align video output with course objectives.
• Revise content based on feedback to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for e-learning or educational content.
• Strong knowledge of PiP setups and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or OBS Studio.
• Familiarity with screen recording tools and methods.
• Knowledge of audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
• Ability to work with slide presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and integrate them into videos.
• Experience with color grading, transitions, and adding subtitles or captions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects with PiP, e-learning videos, or similar work.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating remotely.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with platforms like Udemy, Teachable, or Thinkific.
• Experience in creating quizzes or interactive elements for courses.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating course assets.
