Join one of our prestigious client's dynamic team as a Car Detailing Supervisor in Nigeria or Zambia. The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of car detailing processes, including both interior and exterior detailing, and be able to lead a team of detailers to ensure high-quality work.

This supervisory role requires a hands-on approach, overseeing day-to-day detailing operations and ensuring vehicles are restored to their best possible condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the car detailing teams at the assigned location.
• Oversee the complete car detailing process, ensuring top-notch results in both exterior and interior detailing.
• Train and mentor staff in proper detailing techniques and use of tools/products.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet the highest detailing standards.
• Maintain detailing equipment and ensure proper usage and safety protocols.
• Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of detailing tasks.
• Manage inventory for detailing products and equipment.
• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car detailing, with a thorough understanding of both interior and exterior detailing techniques.
• A total of 6 to 8+ years of experience in car detailing, with a minimum of 4+ years of supervisory experience is a MUST.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools, equipment, and products used in detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with both the team and customers.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles in a busy environment.
