Job Description/Requirements
- Videography: Operate video cameras and related equipment to capture footage for various projects, including promotional videos, interviews, events, and more.
- Set up and manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality video production.
- Direct and guide subjects to achieve desired results and maintain a professional demeanor on set.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into a polished final product, including cutting, rearranging, and refining video clips.
- Add visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance the overall quality and appeal of the video.
- Ensure that final videos meet quality standards and align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, directors, or internal teams to understand project objectives and creative vision.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into the video editing process to meet client or project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
Organization: Maintain organized files and project folders, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve video production techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of video production and editing techniques.
- Excellent visual storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
