Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer/Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, assembling recorded footage into a finished product that matches the brand’s vision, and engaging our audience effectively. You’ll work closely with the creative team to plan, shoot, and edit videos, ensuring each project meets our standards for quality and creativity.
As a key part of our media team, you'll be expected to bring innovative ideas to every project, maintaining a fast-paced workflow while paying attention to detail and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video, thrives under tight deadlines, and is comfortable both on-site and in remote settings.
Key Responsibilities
- - Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and audience preferences.
- - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute visual ideas.
- - Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
- - Edit raw footage into engaging video content, including color grading, sound mixing, and adding motion graphics.
- - Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, maintaining high production standards.
- - Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our video content strategy.
- - Ensure all video content is optimized for the target platform (e.g., social media, website, YouTube).
- - Assist in archiving and organizing video assets for future use.
Job Requirements
- - Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- - Knowledge of various camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording tools.
- - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and creative editing techniques.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- - Attention to detail, especially in color grading, audio syncing, and visual composition.
- - Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
