Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch roadside assistance calls to drivers using TowBook and other platforms.
- Recruit and onboard new roadside technicians to expand our network.
- Maintain and manage multiple communication channels (calls, email, and chat).
- Monitor and update driver availability in real time.
- Manage spreadsheets, CRM tools, and dispatching software efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Ability to navigate multiple tabs, apps, and tools simultaneously. Experience with platforms like TowBook, Google Workspace, and Discord is a plus.
- Clear diction, professional tone, and strong written communication.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges with confidence and efficiency.
- Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/desktop.
