Job Description/Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marekting & Client Acquisition Coordinator. This remote position (ideally for someone in the Ajah Axis, Lagos) offers the opportunity to play a key role in our sales and business development efforts.


Essential Responsibilities:

1. Superior Email Researching and Writing Skills:

  • Must possess exceptional email researching and writing abilities
  • Quickly gather necessary information and respond to emails in a timely and meaningful manner.
  • Crafting grammatically correct and professional emails that effectively address client inquiries, follow-ups, and other communication needs.
  • Ability to compose responses swiftly without compromising accuracy, relevance, and clarity is essential to ensure efficient client engagement and support.


2. Appointment Setting:

- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team with potential clients or leads.

- Communicate effectively with both the Managing Director and clients to understand availability and preferences.


3. Follow-up and Follow-through:

- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and clients to maintain relationships and facilitate deal closures.

- Send follow-up emails, make follow-up calls, and ensure that all commitments made during sales interactions are fulfilled.


4. CRM Spreadsheet Management:

- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) spreadsheet with accurate and current information.

- Enter new leads, update contact details, record interactions, and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.


5. Sales Support:

- Provide administrative support to the sales effort by preparing sales documents, proposals, presentations, and contracts.

- Assist the sales team in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients.

- Support in coordination and attendance of sales events, workshops and seminars

- Be a champion of the brand

- Post relevant social media and newsletter content in line with our strategy


Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales, business development, or client services.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software and CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
