Law and Visas is an Immigration Law Firm based in Lagos Nigeria. The firm has been operating in Nigeria for 10 years. We are a leading firm in Immigration Services. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Application Manager to lead our visa application team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. The Visa Application Manager will oversee the visa application team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client applications while maintaining high standards of compliance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex processes effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the visa application team to ensure high performance.
- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback to team members.
Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and streamline operations.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all applications meet the required standards and are submitted within deadlines.
- Monitor application trends and address issues promptly to avoid errors or delays.
Client Service Excellence:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on application status.
- Resolve complex application challenges and offer tailored solutions.
Training & Development:
- Provide training and resources to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and share relevant updates with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of proven experience in managing a team in a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of visa application processes and immigration compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and software to manage application workflows and track progress.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex cases effectively.
