Visa Application Officer

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients involved in ongoing visa cases.
• Provide updates on application progress, answer queries promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with visa application officers and other internal teams to gather and relay accurate information on application status and required documentation.
• Ensure that all client interactions are thoroughly documented in our systems.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions to help keep applications on track.
• Adhere to all company procedures and immigration regulations while handling client cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Respond to client inquiries within 2 minutes during working hours, ensuring that every client feels supported and informed throughout their visa process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a legal or immigration services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle sensitive and complex client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
