We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and expand market presence across various regions. You'll develop targeted strategies, manage regional campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to attract and convert clients interested in citizenship-by-investment programs.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote our citizenship-by-investment programs, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and investors across different regions.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of localized marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, partnerships, and sponsorships, tailored to specific regional markets.
- Sales Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives, supporting lead generation and client conversion.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities, using key metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Content Creation: Create and adapt marketing collateral, presentations, and informational materials to support field marketing initiatives and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Market Expansion: Identify and assess new market opportunities, building strategies to penetrate and grow our presence in untapped regions.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and cost-effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Team Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of marketers across different states, ensuring consistency and excellence in marketing execution.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in citizenship-by-investment, immigration law, and global mobility to keep our marketing efforts relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the citizenship-by-investment industry, particularly in marketing and selling second passports in the Caribbean region.
- Proven Success: A track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics and using data to refine strategies for improved results.
- Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing a team of marketers across different locations.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of citizenship-by-investment programs and the legal frameworks governing them.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
