Visa Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process visa applications efficiently and accurately for clients traveling to various destinations.
• Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to track visa application progress.
• Handle Study Abroad Visa Assistance and guide clients through the student visa process.
• Ensure all visa applications are completed correctly and submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, regulations, and any changes in application processes.
• Assist clients in resolving visa-related issues and respond to inquiries promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all visa applications and related documentation.
• Work under tight deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND or Aviation Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major travel destinations.
• Experience in Study Abroad Visa Assistance is an added advantage.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle visa-related issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to maintain organized records.
