Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and verify client documentation for visa applications.
- Submit visa applications to relevant consulates or embassies.
- Ensure compliance with visa application guidelines and requirements.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all submissions and correspondence.
- Liaise with consulates, embassies, and other relevant authorities to resolve any issues.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related queries.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining databases.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Visa Submission Officer or similar role
- Proven track record as a Visa Submission Officer.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Visa processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
