POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals who can contribute their expertise, insights, and networks to DU&T Consulting’s growth and impact. Although this role is voluntary, it provides significant exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic planning within the consulting industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Volunteer Advisory Board Member, you will:

• Provide Strategic Advice: Offer industry insights, guidance on emerging trends, and high-level counsel to DU&T Consulting’s leadership.
• Collaborate on Initiatives: Participate in quarterly advisory board meetings (virtually or in-person) to discuss important projects, objectives, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop Innovative Strategies: Work alongside fellow board members to propose and implement forward-thinking strategies that support DU&T Consulting’s mission and vision.
• Act as an Ambassador: Represent DU&T Consulting externally, forging and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Leverage Your Expertise: Use your professional knowledge and experience to enhance the company’s service offerings and decision-making processes.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Help identify areas for process or service enhancement, contributing to the firm’s commitment to quality and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We encourage applicants with the following qualifications:

• Relevant Leadership/Advisory Experience: Proven track record in a leadership, managerial, or advisory capacity (consulting, business, or other related fields)with minimum of 25 years’ experience of which 15 years is in management level.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of the consulting industry, business operations, or related professional services.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey ideas clearly.
• Strategic Mindset: Capable of critical thinking and contributing to high-level planning.
• Commitment to DU&T’s Values: Alignment with our goals of delivering customer-centric, innovative, and ethical consulting solutions.
• Availability: Willingness to attend regular board meetings and provide ongoing advisory support.
