Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Align marketing plans with business goals, ensuring consistency across all initiatives and channels.

Brand Management:
- Define and maintain the company's brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all platforms.
- Drive public relations efforts, including media outreach, partnerships, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
Digital and Traditional Marketing:
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, social media, email marketing) and traditional (events, partnerships).
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and deliver data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales and Customer Alignment:
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
- Partner with customer success teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Innovation and Growth:
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to expand the company's reach.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a marketing leader, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
