Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the ordering system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must reside in the Lekki-Ajah axis.
