Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guests' needs, and respond to requests efficiently.
• Clear and clean tables, reset dining areas and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and report them to management when necessary.
• Process payments accurately and provide guests with receipts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in setting up and closing dining areas for special events or daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wines and cocktails.
