- Customer service: Greet customers, make recommendations, and handle complaints
- Taking orders: Take orders for food and drinks
- Serving food and drinks: Deliver food from the kitchen to customers
- Handling payments: Process payments for food and drinks
- Maintaining tables: Set tables, keep tables clean, and remove debris
- Following health codes: Follow health department rules and regulations
- Communicating with staff: Work with kitchen and serving staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- 4 years experience as a waiter/waitress
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be responsible, matured and live around Yaba axis
