Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and explaining specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Process bills, accept payments, and make change accurately.
- Clean and reset tables, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area.
Requirements:
- Previous waitressing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
