Job Summary
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for recording stocks, organizing inventory to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain within an Aluminium Extrusion Factory. Recent graduates who have completed the NYSC program are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Packing, laying out, and overseeing the loading of completed products and orders.
- Record and track stock levels of finished products.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming products from the production section.
- Checking and organizing inventory for the finished products store.
- Fulfill purchase orders.
- Check supplies against invoices and purchase orders.
- Undertake daily, monthly, and annual stock-takes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in related fields.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work longer hours when needed.
- Excellent crisis management and adaptation skills.
