Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse for safety and efficiency.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to reduce workplace hazards and accidents.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
- Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges or discrepancies promptly.
