Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee the storage and maintenance of event equipment, props, and materials.
• Develop and implement workflows for receiving, storing, and dispatching event inventory.
• Ensure that all event items are properly labelled, stored, and maintained.

Inventory Management:

• Manage and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or damages.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize inventory management software to monitor stock and generate reports.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and train subordinates to handle event-specific equipment and logistics.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Event Coordination Support:

• Collaborate with the event team to understand material requirements and schedules.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of equipment to event venues.
• Oversee the loading, unloading, and safe transport of items.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety standards specific to handling event equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• 4 years experience
• Degree in a related field
