Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• National Distribution: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products nationwide, ensuring accurate inventory management and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products to branch offices.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing stock turnover.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, complying with company health and safety policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of security awareness.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage warehouse budgets, controlling costs and ensuring effective use of resources.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with branch offices and logistics providers.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience
• Degree in a related field
