Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking incoming furniture shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Safely and efficiently store furniture products in designated warehouse areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare furniture for orders and deliveries based on customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and organized, maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks for deliveries and shipments.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Support warehouse team in daily operational tasks, such as sorting and preparing products.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and practices.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
