Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating inventory management, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the movement of inventory and materials across facilities.
- Process inventory for delivery.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in their respective and proper location.
- Oversee the Packaging of items/products.
- Scan delivered items or products and ensure quality.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the warehouse Manager
- Ensure up-to-date inventory Management & Tracking System
- Ensure the proper delivery of Inventory by Vendor while following the Company's Guidelines
- Update’s log and documentation for inventory processing.
- Partake in periodic and/or continuous physical stock-taking when the need arises
- Assist in preparing documentation for the Audit
- All other duties as may be directed by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- OND academic qualification
