Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced WASH Officer who will be responsible for implementing and managing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor WASH programs in accordance with organizational goals and international standards.
- Conduct assessments to identify WASH needs and develop appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote WASH initiatives.
- Provide training and capacity-building support to community members and staff on WASH best practices.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and sustainability of WASH facilities and infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum [2] years of experience in WASH program implementation.
- Strong understanding of WASH principles, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing circumstances
Location: Borno State, Nigeria.
