Water Factory General Manager

• Performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organisation
• Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
• Managing the recruitment, hiring and training processes
• Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
• Improving internal processes and documentation for better productivity
• Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
• Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit

Requirements: 

• A BSC/Masters in any relevant field 
• Minimum of 10 years work experience 
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position 
• Experience in Water Manufacturing
• Keen strategic thinking and planning
• Competence in budget management and financial monitoring
• Excellent leadership skills, and interpersonal and communication skills
