Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize deposit - from n250m monthly 
  • Responsible for the performance of the team
  • Segment customers according to risk appetite and volume of investable funds to adequately serve each segment
  • Structure team along customer segmentation to effectively drive each segment
  • Provide financial advisory to customers to maximize returns on investment
  • Provide customers with personal financial planning services
  • Drive customer retention and customer acquisition
  • Resolve all escalated issues within the service standard timeframe


Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
