Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly websites that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Create graphics, logos, and visual elements for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Ensure that web designs are responsive and compatible across different devices and browsers.
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
- Work with developers to implement designs and ensure they are functional.

Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Web and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
