Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize UI components and interactions to enhance user engagement and accessibility.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work closely with developers and stakeholders.
