Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Website Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website to ensure it aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Content Management: Create and update website content, including product information, images, and other relevant materials. Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with the company’s branding.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the user experience on the website, including navigation, responsiveness, and overall usability.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content for search engines to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. Stay informed about SEO best practices and implement relevant strategies.
- E-commerce Integration: If applicable, manage and optimize the e-commerce functionality of the website, ensuring a seamless online buying experience for customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Security and Maintenance: Implement security measures to protect the website from cyber threats. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates and backups, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align the website with broader business goals. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues or glitches on the website promptly. Provide support to users experiencing difficulties.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience
