We are looking for experienced and motivated Tele Lawyers to join our dynamic team and provide excellent legal support to clients nationwide.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Tele-Lawyer at 1Techlink Limited. The Tele-Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal consultations and advice to clients using virtual communication tools. As a Tele Lawyer, you will provide legal consultations, offer advice on diverse areas of law, and represent clients in various matters remotely. You will use our mobile app to interact with clients, ensuring prompt and professional service, while upholding the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote legal consultations and provide expert advice via our mobile app, Quicks.
• Assist clients with legal issues related to civil, criminal, corporate, family, intellectual property, labor, and other specialized fields of law.
• Provide legal support remotely.
• Research case law, statutes, and regulations to advise clients effectively..
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions
• Provide clear, concise legal opinions and actionable advice.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with evolving laws and regulations that affect client interests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing to practice law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
• Proficiency in various areas of law such as civil, criminal, family, corporate, and/or intellectual property.
• Excellent verbal and virtual communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a simple manner.
• Familiarity with digital tools for document drafting, research, and High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Empathy and ability to provide customer-focused legal services.
