We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused WHMCS Support Administrator to join our team as a technical support specialist. In this role, you will use your expertise in WHMCS and web hosting to deliver top-notch support to our clients through ticketing systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless hosting experience. You will work closely with our technical team to resolve issues and help clients optimize their use of our services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer support tickets related to WHMCS, cPanel, and other hosting-related inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within WHMCS and associated hosting services.
- Assist customers with WHMCS account setup, configurations, and customizations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt responses, effective solutions, and clear communication.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement improvements in support processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WHMCS Support Administrator or similar role in a web hosting environment.
- Proficient in WHMCS, cPanel, and other web hosting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation.
- Experience with Linux-based hosting environments (preferred).
