In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our clients, helping them resolve issues related to WHMCS, web hosting services, and associated software tools. You will assist customers with troubleshooting, provide basic configurations, and ensure quick and efficient resolution of common issues related to account management, billing, and hosting. As a Level 1 support specialist, you will interact with clients through our ticketing system and offer solutions to technical queries, guiding them through WHMCS features such as account setups, domain management, and hosting configurations. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle first-line support tickets related to WHMCS, cPanel, domain management, and hosting issues.
- Assist clients with account setup, WHMCS configuration, and general troubleshooting.
- Work closely with senior technical staff to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and actions taken.
- Provide guidance on basic technical inquiries and customer inquiries regarding billing or hosting accounts.
