Job Title: WordPress Developer & Documentation Specialist (2-Month Contract)

Overview:

Bave Design Studio, a faith-based, purpose-driven web design agency, is seeking a seasoned WordPress Developer with a strong focus on structuring, documentation, and workflow organization. This role is more than development—it's about establishing and documenting streamlined workflows and processes that will shape the future of our agency. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, and Elementor and excels in creating detailed documentation and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Documentation & Process Structuring:
• Develop comprehensive documentation for all processes, technical workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support long-term agency organization.
• Define and document agency policies, terms, and project workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Structure and organize workflows around WordPress development, WooCommerce integration, and Elementor customization.
• WordPress Development Expertise:
• Utilize advanced knowledge of WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, and Elementor to create, edit, and customize themes and plugins as needed.
• Ensure agency deliverables meet high standards of performance, security, and basic SEO.
• Serve as a go-to expert for technical problem-solving and decision-making regarding best practices in WordPress development and maintenance.
• Workflow Optimization & Training:
• Design efficient workflows, incorporating project management tools and best practices to improve team productivity.
• Train team members on documented processes, including WordPress best practices, plugin use, PHP adjustments, WooCommerce configurations, and Elementor functionalities.
• Refine project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Asana) to ensure smooth task delegation and tracking.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, and Elementor are essential.
• Documentation & Process Structuring: Demonstrated experience creating detailed documentation, SOPs, and process workflows for development or agency environments.
• Workflow Optimization: Familiarity with project management tools like Zoho, Trello, or Asana, with a focus on optimizing agency workflows.
• Training Ability: Capability to train team members on technical workflows, tools, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition to new structures.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for structuring complex information into clear, actionable formats.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with SEO basics for WordPress.
• Prior experience in agency structuring and workflow organization is a plus
