Workplace Skills and Tools Training Facilitator

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging training content that covers the latest advancements and best practices in soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, time management etc.
  
• Create and deliver engaging training materials on workplace tools like Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms like Slack, emphasizing their application in a professional setting.
  
• Facilitate interactive workshops, and discussion forums in a virtual environment, catering to either soft skills development or technical tool proficiency.
  
• Mentor participants, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful application of skills or tools in their respective roles.
  
• Work closely with a team to continuously enhance the learning experience.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a professional.
  
• Experience in training, coaching, or a related field, with a focus on either professional development skills or the use of modern workplace tools is a plus.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in essential workplace skills such as problem-solving, communication, and time management,
  
• OR demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in key workplace tools like Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms like Slack, or other relevant technologies.
  
• Proven ability to create and deliver effective training content is a plus.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  
• Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms, capable of managing virtual classrooms and online learning management systems.
  
• Minimum Academic Qualification: HND
  

Location: Full-time, Remote 

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 700,000 depending on experience and scope of work.
