Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Supervisor at 24Mobile mech services in Lekki. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage maintenance and repair tasks, prioritize customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
• Maintenance & Repair: Knowledge of automobile maintenance and repair processes
• Customer Satisfaction: Commitment to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers effectively
• Workshop Management: Experience in managing workshop operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the automobile industry is a plus
• Relevant certification in Automotive Technology or related field
