Company Description
Young people Mentoring Program with Kingsley Bangwell is a program designed to mentor young people 8 to 21, and help them improve in the areas of personal identity, decision making, responsibility and God factor.
Our current mentoring program is online and running for 90 days, and in 2025 we hope to expand and serve a lot more young people within and outside Nigeria.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mentor Project in Kuje. The Mentor will be responsible for providing mentorship, support, and guidance, supporting curriculum development, recreation programs, and engaging with the community to promote a positive mentoring environment.
Qualifications
- Young people Mentoring and young people Development skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in working with young people
- Possess a passion for empowering young people
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Has a personal and vibrant relationship with God
- Relevant degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
