Andela reveals what it looks out for when hiring Nigerians

In an interview with Jobberman, Taiwo Judah-Ajayi, the Director of People and Culture for Andela, gave us a sneak preview into the qualities and traits the company looks out for when hiring in Nigeria.
“Whether you are applying for an entry-level, mid-level or senior level position, you must have demonstrated some level of self-leadership; whether through upscaling yourself, developing some competency or learning something new and growing through that process. That is what we look out for and this is why our processes are very rigorous,” she explained.
