Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee Project Timelines and Deliverables:
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and outcomes using tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, AWS Project Manager, or Google Workspace.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct Quality Assurance Testing:
- Perform in-depth QA testing with tools like BrowserStack and Postman to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify and address issues promptly to uphold product quality.
Facilitate Communication and Resolve Blockers:
- Act as a central communication point using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, addressing team challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Foster a collaborative environment for all stakeholders.
Manage Agile Workflows:
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure team alignment with project goals.
Optimize Processes:
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes for better productivity, resource allocation, and team efficiency.
Stay Updated on QA and Project Management Trends:
- Keep up with the latest advancements in QA testing tools, project management methodologies, and deployment workflows to improve practices and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project management and QA testing processes across various projects.
Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Google Workspace for effective project tracking and team collaboration.
Communication and Organization:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate teams, manage expectations, and ensure clarity in workflows.
Other Skills:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows is highly desirable.
