Job Summary
A dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate company is in urgent need of a young, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual as an Account Receivable Officer for immediate employment in a fast-paced environment to keep the financial records of the Company, subsidiaries, and associates to date. To ensure accurate and proper records are kept for effective financial reports.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Post all inflows such as customer subscriptions, plot maintenance, documentation, surveys, etc
- Uploading payments on the bank's online payment system and ensuring accuracy
- Ensure the customer's cheque is lodged in the bank through the paying officer
- Updating and monitoring of cash position daily
- Monthly bank reconciliation-5 working days of the following month
- Carry other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Education: Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT/ATS) Qualification
- Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience in the real estate industry and/or with
- an audit firm.
- Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel
- Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of the English language.
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
- Competitive and Negotiable (depending on experience)
- Package: Negotiable and highly competitive within the industry.
