Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all accounting activities related to client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their financial objectives are being met, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all financial documentation complies with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and financial planning.
  • Monitor spending against budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support in daily tasks and long-term projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure financial objectives align with overall company goals.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy in reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement new technologies, software, and tools to streamline financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with the business development team to assess new client opportunities and ensure profitable account management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients by delivering high-quality financial services and personalized account management.
  • Lead negotiations on financial terms with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring that all financial obligations and deliverables are met within agreed-upon terms.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management
  • Strong understanding of client needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, accounting, or a course certification in this field.
