Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of all the Company’s bank account
  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refund
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
  • All other duties as may be directed by the reporting manager


 Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Minimum of HND academic qualification
