Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership & Coordination: Serve as the lead manager for administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in church activities, meetings, and data management while overseeing paid staff and volunteer teams. It’s important to note as a dynamic organization, it includes handling and executing specialized duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Team Building & Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders and workers, fostering a productive and motivated workforce to achieve mission objectives.
- Mission Strategy Execution: Lead and oversee specific church systems to drive membership growth, and spiritual development, and achieve the Church's overall vision and mission.
- Publicity & Outreach: Organize and lead powerful publicity and outreach programs including crusades, and special events to engage both church members and the wider community, including other cities.
- Data, Inventory & Financial Management: Oversee data collection, analysis, and presentation for decision-making, while also implementing effective budgeting, accounting, and inventory management systems.
- Liaison & Reporting: Act as a key link between the church leadership and workforce, providing regular progress reports to the Senior Pastor and ensuring alignment with the church’s vision and mission.
