Job Summary

House of Desina (HOD) is a premium menswear atelier dedicated to crafting bespoke and ready-to-wear fashion pieces that blend timeless elegance with modern innovation. As we expand, we seek a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to oversee key administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Admin Officer will be responsible for managing human resources, logistics, order processing, finance-related tasks, and marketing activities. This role requires a dynamic individual who is computer literate, social media savvy, and capable of coordinating a team of tailors to maintain high production standards.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Order Management & Logistics:

  • Capture, schedule, and oversee customer orders from production to delivery.
  • Coordinate with the workshop and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials.

 

Finance & Payments:

  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and track financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and outstanding payments.

 

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote HOD’s collections and services.
  • Engage with customers online, respond to inquiries, and maintain brand presence.
  • Support photoshoots and promotional content creation.

 

Human Resources & Team Coordination:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking for staff.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members, especially tailors.
  • Maintain employee records and oversee work schedules.

 

Requirements:

  •  Minimum of 1 year of administrative or operational experience (fashion industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, invoicing tools, and order management software).
  • Social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a team, particularly tailors and production staff.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is an advantage.
