Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team at our project site in Sokoto State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the management

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and project teams.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes.
- Process and track time attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the construction sector.
- Familiarity with administrative processes in a project-based environment.
