Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team at our project site in Sokoto State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the management

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence. 
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and project teams. 
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment. 
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes. 
  • Process and track time attendance 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed. 
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments. 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 


Preferred: 

  • Experience working in the construction sector. 
  • Familiarity with administrative processes in a project-based environment.
