Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee administrative duties, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Supervise and support departmental staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee financial and administrative documentation, including payroll, procurement, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and service quality.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and monitor staff schedules, performance, and professional development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with hospitality industry standards and local government laws.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making for the growth and success of the hotel.
Requirements:
- OND/ND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in administrative or operations management, preferably in the hospitality sector
