Job Summary

A Fashion outfit that produces both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothes for our clientele seeks your service for immediate employment. An Administrative/HR officer in a tailoring organization is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business. You must have the ability to work under pressure/long hours. The Administrative Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the tailoring organization runs efficiently, effectively, and profitably.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Managing the front desk, reception, and office operations.
  • Human Resources: Supervising staff, handling recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
  • Supply Chain Management: Overseeing fabric and material procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Scheduling and Production Planning: Coordinating production schedules, managing workflows, and meeting deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality standards for garments and products.
  • Communication: Liaising with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Assisting with marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Facilities Management: Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of equipment, premises, and facilities.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or office management. Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
