Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless administrative functions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Communication and correspondence:
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage petty cash, process invoices, and track expenses.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources:
  • Maintain personnel records, update employee information.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks




Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of administrative/customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Certification in administration, human resources, or finance.
  • Experience with CRM software and database management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical and reporting skills
