We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless administrative functions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Communication and correspondence:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns.
- Financial Management:
- Manage petty cash, process invoices, and track expenses.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Human Resources:
- Maintain personnel records, update employee information.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, laws, and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of administrative/customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desirable Qualities:
- Certification in administration, human resources, or finance.
- Experience with CRM software and database management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical and reporting skills
