Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Rumuobiakani, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be highly organized, and have solid experience with administrative software. Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintain office systems, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for team members.
  • Handle communication, including emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
  • Process and manage office supplies, ensuring all items are stocked and organized.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Support HR and accounting functions, such as employee records, timesheets, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by the management team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in administrative software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must reside in or around Rumuobiakani, Port Harcourt.
  • A degree or certification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 Monthly
