Job Summary
We are a prestigious secondary school dedicated to academic excellence and holistic development of our students. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an Admissions and Administrative Officer. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing student admissions, and fostering relationships with feeder schools to support student enrollment. The position also includes responsibilities in Accounting and HR.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the admission and registration process for prospective students, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and records are maintained accurately.
- Act as a liaison between our school and feeder schools, building and maintaining relationships with school heads to source and recruit new students.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including organizing files, answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with basic accounting functions, such as processing payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting budget management.
- Support HR tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and coordinating payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure proper management of student records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational processes and ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, administration, or related roles, ideally within an educational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with feeder schools and other key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and HR procedures will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
