Air-Condition Technician

​Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular servicing of air condition unit, repair and ensure routine maintenance check of all cooling equipment within the building facilities.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including (FCU) fan coil unit drain line, cooling systems, and related equipment.
• Frequent cleaning of FCU filters, routine assessment of chilled water supply systems, and replacing (AHU) air handling unit filters as at when due.
• Identify all faulty cooling equipment, perform repair on the systems, and observe preventive maintenance for all HVAC systems.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and coordinate efforts with the HVAC maintenance vendors to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
• Monitoring chilled water line level and ensuring an optimal performance of all AHU & chillers.
• Respond to AC faults & related work, and repair other maintenance tasks.
• Provide an assist to other maintenance personnel and ensure proper daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance for all heating and cooling units & keep records of all malfunctions in mechanical equipment
  

Requirements:

• Identifying the right tools and procedures for HVAC maintenance.
• Good intuitive & detail to attention.
• Conversant with modern & various types of cooling towers.
• Ability to work under pressure & provide assistance to the other departments.
• Communication and teamwork.
• Minimum of NCE, OND Technical Vocational cert.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience as an Air-Condition Technician
